By using this website, the customer acknowledges that all purchases are made voluntarily for digital coaching and gameplay assistance services.

By accessing this website, creating an account, contacting support, or placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or you have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian;
• you understand the nature of digital coaching and gameplay assistance services;
• you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• you accept these Terms of Service in full.

By using the website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

Services are intended only for individuals aged 18+ or with permission from a legal guardian.

HideBoost provides independent coaching and gameplay assistance for World of Warcraft through structured lessons, guided self-play sessions, and one-on-one support from experienced players.

The service catalog includes PvE coaching, PvP coaching, class and specialization guidance, guided self-play sessions, VOD review, live in-game assistance, and custom support plans. HideBoost does not offer piloted services, account sharing, power leveling, in-game currency sales, or any service that requires our team to log in to the customer's account.

Customers play their own accounts and stay in control of those accounts at all times. Experienced players may provide instruction, coordination, real-time feedback, review, and live in-game assistance depending on the selected service.

The customer is responsible for:

• maintaining the security of their game and platform accounts;
• providing accurate contact and order information;
• complying with the rules and policies of Blizzard Entertainment.

HideBoost services are delivered self-play. Any account sharing is voluntary, outside the scope of HideBoost services, and undertaken at the customer's own risk.

Service availability depends on team schedules, game patches, seasonal resets, server conditions, and third-party platform stability.

HideBoost reserves the right to:

• adjust service methods or session structure;
• adjust estimated start and completion times;
• refuse or cancel suspicious orders;
• temporarily suspend services during technical issues or major game updates.

Payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. HideBoost does not directly store full payment card information.

By completing a payment, the customer confirms that:

• they are the authorized holder of the payment method used;
• the payment information provided is accurate;
• the transaction is legitimate and non-fraudulent.

HideBoost reserves the right to request identity verification for high-risk transactions. Failure to verify may result in cancellation and refund of the order.

All services sold on HideBoost are digital coaching and gameplay assistance services.

Customers acknowledge that:

• service delivery may begin immediately after order confirmation;
• time spent in a service session constitutes partial fulfillment;
• completed service sessions are generally non-refundable.

Service session times are estimates only.

Schedules may shift due to server issues, game patches, maintenance, or actions taken by Blizzard Entertainment.

HideBoost reserves the right to pause or cancel an order in cases of suspicious activity or violation of these terms.

Customers may not:

• abuse or harass coaches or support staff;
• engage in fraudulent activity;
• initiate unjustified chargebacks;
• use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

HideBoost is not responsible for:

• account suspensions, restrictions, or bans;
• sanctions imposed by Blizzard Entertainment;
• loss of in-game progress, items, or currency;
• indirect or consequential damages.

All services are provided on an “as is” basis.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts.

HideBoost is not liable for damages resulting from:

• weak passwords;
• account sharing outside the scope of HideBoost services;
• phishing attacks;
• malware or compromised devices.

Customers are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication wherever possible.

All HideBoost content, branding, graphics, logos, and website materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. World of Warcraft and related marks are the property of Blizzard Entertainment and Activision Blizzard.
